Skyscraper is a site-specific tragicomedy about the delicate architecture of ego. Written and directed by Georgica Pettus, the play unfolds in four acts across multiple locations between Midtown East and Roosevelt Island, centered around the iconic Roosevelt Island Tramway. The story follows land use lawyer Jordan (Zachary Zamsky), his girlfriend Eliza (Georgica Pettus), and his colleague Claire (Sharleen Chidiac). Through intimate inner monologues, the characters reveal their desires, the lengths they’ll go to achieve them, and the lies they tell themselves to make it all okay.
